德國企業軟體公司 Software AG 分別在 2007 年和去年 2 月底收購 WebMethods 及 StreamSets 兩家資料整合平台（兩家收購價皆超過 5 億歐元）。IBM 週一（18 日）宣布，將以 21.3 億歐元全現金交易從 Software AG 手中收購這兩家平台。
