谷歌翻译访问受阻，疑似退出中国内地市场

访问 translate.google.cn 有几率显示与搜索和地图等其他谷歌服务相同的跳转提示页面。

并且 translate.googleapis.com （ Google 翻译 API ，常见于 Google Chrome 浏览器内）不再分配中国内地的服务器地址，所以 Chrome 浏览器内置的 Google 翻译无法使用

临时解决方法：通过 ping update.googleapis.com 查找可用的 IP 地址，再修改 hosts 文件将该IP与 translate.googleapis.com 绑定
